A brand and a bespoke championship platform for Team UK: entries, payments, judging, selection and offers, all in one place.
Team UK Performing Arts takes British dancers to the world championships, and before this project the whole qualification process ran on forms, spreadsheets and inboxes.
We started with the identity: a logo and brand system that holds up on a stage backdrop, a team jacket and a phone screen. Then we designed and built the website and platform around how the team actually runs a season. Studios register and enter multiple dancers, pay online, judges score in their own portal, and the office follows qualification, selection and offers from one backend.
An automated suite of emails keeps every studio informed at each step, from entry received to offer confirmed, and the whole system resets cleanly for the next season without a developer in the loop.
